Glyphs

This limited set of Matter Design’s project Grayson Play-Lab pivots creative play-things into refined ceremonial staffs. Glyphs conjure the curious relationship between utility and ceremony, falling in line with a deep history of transforming tools into ritual objects. Reminiscent of a type-set, each is unique, but share properties with their neighbors. They share dimensions and forms that suggest a usefulness without overtly prescribing singular functions.

Glyphs are currently available at Wasserman Works.
